Showcase Sundays are back and with a new identity! Showcase Sundays - Striving for the Highest is a social media initiative that strives to showcase the work chapters are doing across the district. Chapters can submit projects and events to be featured on the SED's social media platforms! 

 

Each week, one entry will be featured on social media for Showcase Sundays. We want to see your special service or social events, what you have accomplished for your bands, your Chapter’s leadership role in your community, and more! A new emphasis on projects of any magnitude is being implemented. The size of your service or event is irrelevant, we want to showcase all acts of musicianship, leadership and service!

 

You can share up to THREE projects/events per submission. These can be projects completed within the past few years or ones you are currently working on. They can focus on service, leadership, musicianship, or brotherhood! Our goal is to highlight your Chapter’s strengths for the entire SED to see, no matter the magnitude!

 

Please ensure you have at least one image or video of your event as well as a description of the event. Additionally, ensure that all media submissions are appropriate for publication on the District social media. 

 

It's encouraged that you submit things you have done as part of the Reach for the Stars program such as musical service or brotherhood events/workshops. The purpose of sharing these projects is to honor the amazing work our Chapters do, spark creativity, inspire other Chapters,  and spread ideas throughout the District!

 

Submissions will be accepted all year long! I look forward to seeing your strives soon!
